Part I: Assembly Guide

A. Tools Required (Not Included)

Hex Driver

Small Pliers (Optional)

Screw Tray

C. Assembly Steps

Remove Stock Parts

  1. Remove the front wheels from the vehicle.
  2. Carefully remove the screws connecting the Suspension Arm, Caster Block, and Steering Knuckle.
  3. Gently remove the original plastic suspension arm and caster block set.

Install the RKH Upgrade Kit

Install Suspension Arms: Place the new aluminum suspension arm in the correct position and secure it with screws. Ensure the arm moves smoothly.

Install Caster Blocks: Attach the Caster Block to the end of the suspension arm, then connect it to the Steering Knuckle and tighten the screws.

Important Note: Apply a small amount of Loctite threadlocker to screws that go into metal parts to prevent them from loosening due to vibration.

Final Check

  1. Check the play in the joints (it should be nearly zero).
  2. Ensure the suspension and steering systems operate smoothly.
  3. Re-tighten all screws one last time and reinstall the wheels.

B. Check the Product Kit

  • 1x Pair of CNC Front Suspension Arms
  • 1x Pair of CNC Caster Blocks

  • Note: Bearings and related screws are pre-installed.

Part II: Packing Guide

1. Quality Check (QC)

Visually inspect the product, ensuring there are no defects, the anodized finish is even, and the bearings move smoothly.

2. Arrange the Product

Place the parts in a zip-lock bag or box, using a thin foam sheet for separation to prevent scratches.

3. Finalize the Package

Pack carefully and label the outside of the package with the SKU and product name.
